In the Service Department you may arrange an inspection of your apartment or commercial premise, order a certificate of instalment payments and be consulted on the provisions of the agreement. From the date of a purchase of an apartment in the RYBALSKY, and till registration of the property right, you may address the manager, who will help you to settle any issues before commissioning of the building.

to receive a certificate on payment confirmation
to request a financial reconciliation
to consult on issues of payments under the agreement

to get assistance with property right registration
