Payout details in USD:

• • initial payment - from 30%;
• • term - up to 24 months;
• • preferential conditions for the fall of the UAH.

At the time of purchase of the apartment, we prescribe the dollar exchange rate in the contract, and if it grows by more than 10%, we equally divide risks.

For those who choose installments in UAH, we offer the next conditions:

• • initial payment - from 50%;
• • payments in UAH;
• • rise in price of 14.9% on the balance of the amount;
• • payment period up to 24 months.

You can also use the UAH installments without a rise in price. Buying an apartment, we keep its price for the entire payment period. We propose the next conditions:

• • initial payment - from 50%;
• • fixed price in UAH;
• • rise in price - 0%;
• • payment period — 3 months.
